3 Things You Should Be Doing to Get Ready for the Next ACT

The next ACT is coming up, so what can you or your student do in a crunch period to make a difference with the math section?

If you or your student are within a few weeks from taking the ACT, there is no way that you will be able to go over all the skills before the test and retain that data. I have 3 areas you should focus on now, and then you can start at a better time, at least 6-8 weeks out from the test, on the next go round.

In the video, I tell you about 3 areas:

  • Basic math skills

  • Practice questions

  • Working consistently

To get more practice in the basic math skills that I am talking about, you could use my 5-A-Days Skills Review. There are practice questions for the skills that I discuss in the video, along with others, in this resource. I also have many videos on my YouTube channel where I go over these skills.

When you have a longer time period to review for the test, consider using one of my workbooks or, if you are a teacher, my Math ACT Prep 9 Week Curriculum.

Good luck on the upcoming test and continue practicing math skills!
